A look back at our past events
The Gaijin Group in Boston met in November 2010 at a restaurant with a turn out of over 25 people. This was followed up by a Japanese-style Oshogatsu party in January where spouses, families and friends were invited. Over 40 people came to the Oshogatsu party where various osechi ryori dishes were served along with tasty treats and big vat of oshiruko.
Gathering gaijins together from all walks of life creates a truly ecletic and interesting mix and I highly recommend you give it a try in your area.
The Gaijin Group has not cleaned out anyone's basement or painted a daycare. Previous posting saying we had were in error. Again, my apologies.
